We ensure that you can receive our service during times that suit you for 1:1 sessions in person, via video call, phone call, weekly online group sessions and workshops.
1. Recognise - Become aware of your current lifestyle, barriers and the desires, outcomes and behaviours you are wanting to acquire.
2. Prioritise - Out of your desired outcomes attend to the barriers that are holding you back from doing or becoming your best self and having the life you are after.
3. Recalibrate - Integrate learning and apply tools that are simple for you to create new habits towards your goal lifestyle.
4. Reflect - After the changes start to become a habit we reflect upon your current beliefs, desires and thoughts. Check in on your lifestyle and how you've able to upkeep this lifestyle and attend to any limitations or mental blocks that may come up after you've made changes towards your ideal lifestyle.
5. Re-align - We assess if this new lifestyle is the right one for you or if there are still some adjustments that need to be made as per your work, life, family requirements. Within the last phase we review and celebrate how your journey has changed and see how your life choice are back in your hands.
