Creative Arts Therapy - Adults & CHildren

What is Creative Arts Therapy?

A style of therapy where different creative mediums are used to explore emotions, create a safe environment for the client to feel into and understand their emotions , provide ways to release emotions that no longer serve them and improve beliefs, outcomes according to the clients choices. 


Some Mediums that can be used in sessions are: 

  • Sand
  • Paint
  • Colours 
  • Sound 
  • Drama 
  • Movement
  • Writing 

and more.  


Creative Arts Therapy is a way to discuss and explore things in a way that reduces stress, anxiety about how one may feel or the memories attached to a scenario. This can be a more supportive process for someone who may find talk therapy difficult.
