Inner Atman Expressions is a special name where Atman is the Sanskrit word for one self or soul. In our services we aim to assist you and your overall wellbeing which consists of many parts.
Assist adults through Creative Arts Therapy and Holistic Counseling to go from feeling exhausted, frustrated and helpless, to confident, secure and balanced. Resulting in clients growing self-esteem, having tools to regulate and process their emotions so that they can live a fulfilled life. Therefore putting power back into the clients’ hands where they respond from a place of self-awareness and inner calm rather than reacting from fear or unconscious patterns that no longer serve them.
We provide a safe and holistic nurturing environment so that anyone can overcome their shadows that hold them back from their innate self. So that as a society we move from being in the fight or flight mode to a relaxed state allowing us to be present for our loved ones, make better decisions, be curious, adapt to situations with ease and live a healthier life.
I am a Creative Arts Therapist & Holistic Counsellor.
I am known as an enthusiastic, charismatic young lady who understands the stresses of life and is always finding ways to create fun activities to help recharge myself and the people around me.
My focus areas are: stress, anxiety, mindfulness, communication, self-esteem/ self-worth, depression and PTSD.

I first found Creative Arts Therapy by accident. I had seen a few counselors and psychologists which had helped me understand and become clear about things whilst I was in and out of depression. Regardless of all the logical help I still had strong “negative” emotions that I didn’t understand and couldn’t overcome.
One of my counselors encouraged me to try painting as a way to express my feelings, I would go back to him with my creation and he would ask me questions about my work to help explore the emotions that were stuck in my body. As a result I started using this method more frequently with different scenarios in my life. My creations have acted as a journal, allowing me a way to safely feel and express what doesn’t need to be stored in my body anymore. It was through this process that I decided my true calling is to be able to connect with people who are looking for a way to safely release the hurt, sorrow, sadness all the other emotions we bottle up within our body and are unsure of how to process.
Before I came into this space I wore many hats and have a background in consulting, disability employment, sales & real estate. I have a Bachelor in Information Technology and Business as well as a certificate of Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapies Practitoner.
